Default 2005 2,0 tdci regenerates Too often

Hi all. This is gettin very frustrating...first of all sorry for my bad english.. So the problem with my focus is that its doing the regeneration as soon as the water temp is above approx 75 celsius. If i drive after the first one is over the second regeneration is done after approx 70 kilometers and this is the cycle its doing. It has had new dpf changed just before new year. And it did the same thing before new filter. Local ford dealer has update the pcm -) no changes but more faults. Now the left channel of the Denso unit has gone mute. Car was at dealer last friday(4.3.2016) for trouble shooting and they said that they cant find whats wrong with my car. Yesterday it ran fine, with no regenerations for about 130 km but today the problems started again. Ive found one rubberhouse broken what leads to dpf pressure sensor and i cut it and connect it again. Didnt help. Anyone good ideas?
