As it sits I'd be between £1000-1500.

If its been sat 10yr outside it WILL be very rotten, they go fucking everywhere esp if its had shit repairs done.

My advice if you can get it, pay £1k MAX, GUT IT inside and go from there, obvs you don't know if it runs, what's good bad......if its gone it'll break for what you pay depending on what's left of its oe bits.
