not sure what your scrap / parts yards were like up your ways, but back in the day along the a13 Rainham to perfleet there were loads, and run by some very doggy blokes, wouldn't risk pinching anything, as if caught the police wouldn't be involved but an ambulance probably would be!

these days, there ain't many left, and 9/10 times you need to ask for the parts and they get them.



ps just remembering the good old days popping to them with my dad and his dad to get some old shitty cortina parts, I was left to climb about in cars without any regard for safety!
