People seem to forget that times have changed and things have moved on quite a lot from the Cossie days.
As for the new stuff not being that much better perforformance wise than the old stuff, get real! Lol! Put a standard Cossie round a track against a standard RS, or even my Focus ST diesel and the Cossie will have it's arse handed to it on a plate.
we've got 2 fiesta diseasals to run around in, and the way these things handle, it's like they are glued to the road, i've yet to come across any other car that's kept up with it around the corners, or roundabouts, and at 50 mph in 3rd it's still quieter than even my mk6
