"Hi Stu... we cant get more than 260bhp. What boost, spark advance and torque profile are you using? Are you desensitising the engine roughness tables? How do you get round the 1.6bar boost limits?"
Id be too embarassed to ask somethingh like that!
He will also tell his customers how great he is and how crap you are
this seems to be standard practice with most tuners
