I would go with either a vacuum leak or a loss of system pressure. If you flick the car between ignition position 1 and 2 about 6 times and let the fuel pump prime does it make any difference?
If you cannot hear the pump prim it is probably the relay that is on its way out. You can rule this out by shorting out the relay contacts.
Vacuum leak will cause it to idle low or stall on MFI.
Are your plugs wet after trying to hot start?
