I see you mention garage a lot. Personally get the car back and fit a new thermostat, coolant sensor, sender unit fan switch etc yourself. All of those stuff are pretty simple to fit, and would save you a massive labour bill.

Has it been set up by Interpro at some point, or has someone just stuck decals on random bits?
