Make sure everything on the coolant system is up to scratch, coolant mixture, thermostat, water pump etc. Check the cooling fans are working correctly with the wiring capable of running the two fans, if need be have new wiring and relay(s)

When its running again take it to a tuner who is familiar with the mfi system and get it set up.
