With the help of oil and a hammer I managed to free the rear brakes so took it for an m.o.t
No surprise it failed!! but this time nothing too serious

4 off lights not working, a headlight, stop light, brake light and indicator
Brake pipes corroded and brakes binding
wheel nuts missing from rear n/s
exhaust emissions

So will be spending the weekend trying to fix as many as possible
