I've had mine for a year and I use mine as a daily and it's currently on 95k, still pulling strong, only has a group A induction kit and dreamscience cat back and managed to beat a standard ST.

If your going for the ST3, bear in mind that it is only a 4 seater not a 5.

Another thing to look out for is the oil filter housing, the diaphragm can split causing a weird UFO sound but when this happens it's strongly recommended NOT to drive the car as you can blow the cam seals.

As has been said, the block mod is a lottery, I'm going to go for it at some point mainly because it's a little more cost than a cambelt change but you also get other internal seals and gaskets replaced.
