I have run mine with OE cat/decat and sports cat and out of the 3 the sports cat won hands down as it allowed more air flow without making sound like a saxo with a jap can on it, also on the dyno run the decat and sports cat were the same hp too , MSD are in blackpool so not a million miles from you fella and one of the best in the business for all manner of things,
