Used to use AA,european cover to home.When i asked what if i broke down in say,middle of spain,whats the procedure.They replied,"the car would be taken to a local garage,looked at,and see if it could be repaired."ah i said,to that i replied"what if my cosworth engine melted and it were a no go",they replied"you would have to fix it there".
Basically,they would only recover home,if it was completly un-repairable,ie in a crash.
