Buying MK2 RS 2000

Maybe you can give my an advice.
I found 2 rs2000 mk2 (not on the web like often ).
1 real juwel : completly Original but minilite wheels , real 10.000km !!!, white , black roof , no rust at all , not restored, Original paint , matching numbers as new !! +-16000 pound. So no show car but very very nice.
1 very good : white, 80.000km , good restoration and repaint , no matching numbers ,siėrra gearbox , interior very very nice but leather refurbished seats and doorcards. +-11000 pound !
Which one could you advice ? From the outside both cars are wunderfull. Is the completly Original one the 5000 pound more worth or is the cheaper one a better buy ?
Or otherwise said ; are the adaptations ( other engine, not Original but very nice interior ,other gearbox ) a big problem for the value in the future.
I think i would go for the Original one but 5000 pound is a lot of money of course .
