I'd put oil down the bores make sure it turns over by hand then fit a new cam belt. Fit it in the car put new oil in it turn it over with out the ht leads connected to get oil round it properly. Then start it up and see how it runs. If it's from a trusted seller. If you have a bore scope it's not going to hurt looking down the bores
