As above just bough a cvh thats been sitting on a shelf for a few years, its complete head inlet plugs are atill in too

Just wondering whats the best way to go about recommisioning it,

First thoughts are replace the came belt and turn it over by hand and put some oil in the bores?

I dont think he has any fluid in it currently as nothing leaked out when i put it in the back of my car
