In the years that i've owned my escort I've had it lowered 40mm, 60mm, 30mm, stock height, on various shock sets ups. (don't by cheap shite like g-max or spax)

I'm currently running Koni Adjustable shocks with 30mm cobra springs and it is the best set up i've had by a long way.
