On the fronts plenty, but on the rears not at all, I ran with no springs to make sure there was no clearance issues

That was a Sierra beam, xr arms for the arb mounts, escos 22mm arb, Granada's shafts and a Swedish 7.5" Sierra estate 3.14:1 diff

This was over 10 years ago when I fitted it all up and for 3 years it was my daily driver
