Have you tried contacting him on a PAYG sim card as you might get more response if you enquire about something he has for sale?

Make sure you keep a detailed record of any contact you've tried having with him, even if he does not respond.

He probably thinks you will drop it considering the distance the cars gone, i'm sure there is a time limit you can return the car for a refund
