AFAIK, yes but I would suspect it would be easier to buy the hub and backplates for the conversion ; I am running a set on the rear of mine. According to a well known RST tuner he rates these more than the disc conversion which may be a little controversial!

I can check a few things if you wish. I think the hubs may be the same but I cannot say for sure. This is a pic of mine when I took the drum and hub off for the new bearings:

However, studabear makes a good point ; my springs (of a TRW brand) are a swine to fit to what I was taking off (sizes are wrong). I do plan to see if there is a correct supplier out there.
