Hi all. Have a 2011 focus with Nav and have some problems.

The CD player will not accept a cd, it goes halfway in and don't want to push it any harder obviously. Wondered if there was one stuck in there, eject button doing nothing and it scans for a cd for a while finding nothing.

Also the Radio becomes un-selectable after making mistake of trying to sort out the cd player, it won't go back to the radio, just stays on the cd mode and nothing else can be chosen, no BT, Usb or anything apart from the Nav or phone botton.

The sound system book appears to show a picture of every model apart from mine.

First time with a ford. Any ideas?
