Hopefully that will sort the issue out mate, let us know if the new parts fix the problem.
Air/fuel can be done using a co reader but is better done with a wideband lambda setup. Most old school ford places would be able to sort that out for you for a reasonable amount, although most would probably be more used to RS Turbo's.
