all i would say is have a look at laws concerning depravation of assets
anybody" buying" from you would perhaps have to prove where they got the funds-if thats the aim....
if you sell it at too low a price it would look like depravation-the councils etc look at property,savings etc but as yet dont really delve into motor vehicles
most insurers will want the vehicle registered and owned by yourself too
