The steering wheel in my van has gone all shitty and I wondered if it can be repaired?
It's a rubber/vinyl wheel, not leather and all the top coating has worn away and it's rough. Every time I turn the wheel little tiny bits of rubber wear off and it's starting to piss me off.

Who do I contact about repairing it?
Or what can I do?
