If it's a true S3 Pro, then I'd say you're getting a bloody bargain there......every "shopping" website I've found them on lists them at over $2,000 (as a comparison, Jessops over here list them at £1599 - they've always been slightly more expensive than most places, but there's one hell of a difference between £1599 and $345). I'd be inclined to ask where he got it.

And no, according to DPReview (link - about 6 rows down on left-hand side), it's only a 6.1MP camera with the "magical" chip mentioned in my above post...

Still, it's rated at 4.5 stars (out of 5) on DP Review, and the few user-reviews on there seem to agree that it's a decent camera.
