Standard head head gasket is fine ,standard head and cams will pis that power,cat cams valve springs .oil pump is a lottery at anything over 350hp. Manifolds are more of a personal choice but there's not a lot of choice anyway

Ill get cat cams springs ordered up then, yea i know about pump but cant afford full on dry sump or external oil pump yet, it will happen though,
Exhaust manifold should be upto the job, it was one that will pedley had made for his focus time attack car but he changed plans i beleive, inlet i was hoping you could sort out!
