Not a big issue, but the fault is there:

When adjusting both driver- and passengerside at 23 celsius, the passengers side is about 5 degrees colder.

A year ago my Mondeo was at a Ford shop, and they checked all sensors and other things in the system, but didnt found any reason. They concluded that the climate control itself had to be the reason, a fault in that unit

The car has the NX-nav unit. Can the climate part of the NX-unit be removed from the rear side of the NX-unit and be replaced?

Some advices would be great
