you would think a Ford place had decent diagnostic equipment besides the fault code reader - apparently not
Some people just plug it in and if there's no fault codes there stumped. Where I work we've all been on training courses to use the diagnostic computer to actually diagnose the car. You would be surprised how many guys only know how to get a fault code up and delete it and can't use any other functions on the computer
