Often some quality oe discs, new fluid and some uprated pads and brake lines can do wonders, especially if there is any adjustment in the Clevis pin on the foot pedal. A different master cylinder or servo can also do a lot.
Audi forum is crap, next to useless tbf , people on there aint at all helpful unlike on here! I prefer summat thats bolts straight on rather than havin to have brackets etc made up, i shall have look on tinterweb now tho
