Default 4x4 sapphire cosworth DEPOSIT TAKEN.... SOLD SOLD

Im toying with the idea of selling my saff. It will go in to dry storage at the end of the month and im just thinking, is it time to part company...
I bought it in 04/2006 being the 5th owner. The car has been pampered all its life. It has been driven respectfully and not been hammered from start to finish.

It has always been garaged and maintained throughout its life. I have a folder packed with receipts, service history etc.
I have done an underside resto on it over the past few years while it was off the road. I took it off the road during the winter and just started to take to bits off (like you do), which resulted in the underside being stripped and painted. I stripped it down and painted it with epoxy mastic 121 (used on the legs of oil rigs), painted then lacquered.
All of the work was done by myself and my bro, it cost me about £2k.
It has only been used in the dry and always sorn over the winter.

TO DO LIST
As I have always constantly worked to make the car mint, there has always been a job list.
These are the things I will do over the winter if I keep the car.
1, Remove gearbox and paint the transmission tunnel and box. I never did this when doing the resto due to it being on axle stands so the height wasn't ideal. Paint included.
2, Fit new side skirt clips. The ones on it are re- manufactured and a few snapped. MSD do a good alloy set for £100.
3, Re- furbish the alloys. Local powder coater Ron Tilling Ltd £120 all in.
4, Touch up any stone chips underneath. Paint included.
5, Small oil leak.
6, When the alarm is set/ unset only the o/s indicators flash. I have traced the wiring and its a loose connection in the fused box. I have the wiring diagram for the alarm so its an easy fix.

There will be a mountain of things I have forgot to list and I will update as I remember.
Im in no need or rush to sell the car, I just feel like I need to try.
Every where it goes it draws lots of attention.

I have an agreed insurance valuation for £10000 so im looking for that. The car isn't concourse condition but a good useable example.
I may consider a px m3,x5 type car. No battered pieces of shit!
I know that I will regret selling it in time, but that's life.......
