For my similar Mondeo ST24 V6, I used Ford Formula E 5w/30 (think they called Formula F now) also annoyingly you need about 6 litres, so I usually got 5L+1L from Ford. The oil should meet WSS-M2C-913-B spec.
Also, I used genuine Ford oil filter (used to be FL 820 S) but it changed few years ago, my last one was Ford Code 4628534.
When I changed my spark plugs I used Ford ones again, AGSF32FM, they are platinum plugs and should be changed every 60K iirc. From what I heard the Ford spark plugs were as good as any others, so I stuck with them.
Also, with your mileage, you may want to take the UIM off and give the secondaries a clean as some Mondeo V6 owners secondaries got very dirty, I did this and it made changeing the rear 3 plugs alot easier, some peeps say it easy to change rear plugs with UIM in place, but I did plug change and UIM clean at same time.If you do take UIM off, you will need 2 UIM new gaskets.
If you have a friendly Ford Parts person (discount!), the bits can work out quite reasonable price wise and you know you have quality parts.
You may want to change the A/C Pollen filter as well, that sits under the plastic wiper scuttle. Also, don't forget the fuel filter, easy to change as well.
I saw your other post, and I know you have a cone filter, but on the ST200 some owners had issues, so recommended using standard airbox with panel filter with holes drilled in standard airbox. I have a K+N cone filter on my ST24 and have no heat soak issues, but I have 2 cold air feeds going to mine, which helps.
Hope this helps and hope you enjoy your new ST200, they are good cars, my similar ST24 has been a great car, ok it drinks a bit of petrol, but I expected that.
