Nice should go really well mate! I'm using the longer rods as well and different pistons solid lifters too in mine. Sticking with a standard crank myself as its ok with the power I'm going for. I had to draw the line somewhere lol it's not a cheap game to play
Crank should be absolutely fine, I managed to get a good price on a package from an ex Julian Godfrey rally cross engine. Forgot to mention it has billet crank caps as well.
