Welcome to the forum
Just take your time, be methodical, pay attention to where everything goes (take pics, label things up etc), having a Haynes manual will help too.
Always lots of help and advice on here if you get stuck too mate.
Oh and before fitting your replacement engine it might be worth dropping the sump and inspecting the shells/crank... nothing worse than fitting an engine only to fire it up and find it's knackered (unless you know it's good of course).
