when my Rst is cold, or just haven't Been startede for a few hours, it takes a long time for it to start, the starter just rotate for 10-20 seconds before it starts, but i've Got new plugs, leads, and coil. But if i turn the key and make the fuel pump run a few times (turn the key back and forth) , and then keep doing this a few times before i start, the car is easier to start.
What could be wrong?
