New check straps caused some problems as the back ones have been superseded by a newer part number that does not fit the older doors!
I had to file the holes out bigger to allow them through and then get the area repainted.

Only got a pic of the front one fitted, nice new titanium bolt to hold it on because they look pretty

The painter is now going to repaint the roof as there are a couple of tiny marks and then compound then whole thing.

Also finally managed to get hold of 3 door Cosworth front hubs that improve the roll centre and H13 ARB which gives sharper steering due to the caster angle.

Caster angle looks very similar on the 24 valve one, but it is wider and would need pulling in hard with ratchet straps to get it o fit.

Now I should be able to use the anti roll bar spacers to clear the bell housing and still have a reasonable caster angle

Not sure what to do about front brakes now as I've already modified a Sapphire Cosworth set of front hubs to take 300mm focus ST discs and MK3 mondeo calipers.

Had to drill out the bolt holes from M12 tapped to M12 clearance as well as machine the mounting lugs flat on the backs to let the calipers sit flat.

I really do not want to butcher the 3 door hubs but still want decent brakes behind the RS 7 spokes...
