People just assume that because your travelling half the country to view a car you'll buy it because u gone so far. I went to North Yorkshire from Bournemouth on a Saturday morning to view a mk2 Astra gte advertised as good condition, it really was that bad I would have been embarrassed taking it to the scrap man. So off home we went. Suddenly that evening another "minter" popped up, again in North Yorkshire! So Sunday morning off we went again oop North. Turned out to be a stunner and the guy was a mechanic who took a "liking" to the shitty pug 106 diesel I had driven up there and knocked me £150 off the Astra so he could use the pug as a daily driver. Didn't have the heart to tell him I was gonna ask him to scrap the pug lol
