You could try jacking the car up and supporting it in a safe manor. Then remove the nuts that are ok then get someone to pull against the wheel as you turn the nut that is giving you trouble. If you have access to a impact gun it may help more.

This is of course only applicable if its the threads that are naff and not the splines that locate the stud in the flange.
