Default Whiteish looking smoke.....Help?

I bought a 2003 Mondeo V6 2.5 Auto the other day.

68k with full history till 47k.

So far I have..... Cleaned the throttle body which was black in grime! Changed all 6 plugs, air filter, oil and oil filter.

Performance is good, no misfires or rough idle and temp gauge sits stable at normal when engine is hot.

So....Runs fine and does not seem to use any oil or water. Oil is nice and clear as is the water....no rainbow/petrol colours in there. No mayo on the dipstick or under the oil filler cap.

But...... She is smoking when driving, not enough for me to see but when I go in to reverse I can see a whiteish colour smoke coming from the exhaust. Also on idle, same thing, whiteish smoke coming out.

Any ideas?

Any help/advice would be great.
