Hi, I'm building a Mk1 Focus 1.6 zetec s, with gsxr 600 itb's, newman ph3 cams, ecumaster det 3, full exhaust.
I know std valve springs are good for 7600 rpm, but how about the rod bolts what can they take rpm wise ?
7250/7500 redline in mind. Can I use the older zetec E 1.6 Arp rod bolts ln the zetec s ? Thanks
