Default Another Sierra bought, absolute minter

So the other week I finally got my hands on another Sierra, (wrecked the first one) unfortunately, but I finally got another one and just thought I'd share it with everyone, and give a short description on it, and the work that had been completed on it, so here goes:

It's a 1989 Sierra Sapphire Ghia with a 2.0L Pinto Engine, pretty much standard apart from a 4x4 Cosworth Bonnet, Cosworth Grill, Cosworth 3 spoke Steering wheel which was recovered and hand stitched, and Cosworth Spoiler, it also has a complete stainless steel exhaust system so not much done in the way of performance yet, but will get there haha. Recently purchased a set of 4x4 Sharktooth wheels for it which were not easy found, and also have a set of Escort Cosworth wheels for it as well.

The previous owner had this car for 2 years and it never seen the road, I can only describe this car as immaculate, and has had the benefit of only one owner from new, it still has the spare wheel and jack in the boot, spare wheel had never been on the car.

This is the work the previous owner carried out:

Inner guards were took out and cleaned, and then greased, the door and wing mouldings were took off and we're the mouldings sit was cleaned and mouldings put back on, lowered on lowering Springs, they didn't like the colour of the Springs, so the Springs were took out and powder coated, type 9 gearbox with shortened gear lever, brand new Ford Radiator, new old stock, don't know how he found it lol, also brand new 2.0L Capri Fans to replace standard viscous can, again new old stock, brand new retro battery with retro connectors, car is fully wax oiled underneath, has had limiter fitted, 4x4 bonnet fitted, Cosworth Grill, Cosworth Spoiler, timing belt changed

My plan is to get a Cosworth front bumper and sideskirts, Cosworth door and wing mouldings, and a mint cloth Recaro interior which is getting more scarce by the day and coilovers in time as they are stupidly expensive, and then engine work after that.

Here are a few photos of my car, I will post more as I make progress

So that's it, thanks for taking the time to read through it
