Nothing like reviving a old thread!! This series one finally ended up with me and to be fair to it the exterior was extremely presentable, the engine & box are absolutely as sweet as a nut but.... Yes lots of filler underneath! I'm sure it took longer to fill & paint than to do it properly!
Well it's now had 4x floor pans, inner & outter sills, both inner wings... Along with any other welding that was

needed,, it's absolutely rock solid and currently in for paint now
