most stuff has has been covered but stiffen it up by way of bracing/strut braces. i would suggest corner weighting but on a road car i reckon its a waste of time. a focus rs box will have a decent diff , that will aid getting the power down and be a tough old unit. ps i think 16's are the optimum wheel size that drive relavley nice and allow decent stoppers
