Not necessarily. It depends what springs you use in combination with the ARB. When combining the stiff ARB with soft springs the influence from the arb is much bigger. I run a 21 mm ARB from a Scorpio 24v (couldn't find the 22 mm), and the handling is fine. It's not tail happy at all.
