Mark the 3drs had two different spec ARB's
H13 (28mm) which gave a low caster angle, and H14 (28mm) increased castor angle by approx 1°
The H14 item worked well, so it was carried over to the 2WD Sapphire Cosworth. I've got a new one of some type kicking around my garage for the last 10yrs, and had a feeling it was H14 which would achieve a fraction more castor which was the preferred way.
In answer to the OP, the decent bladed ARB's will start around £600 plus per end. The fronts normally require a separate bracket welding on the underside of the chassis rails, and you'll need to fabricate some kind of mounting to your TCA's. This won't change your dislikes on the comp struts though (noise, or fear of coming loose). So it sounds like a regular ARB and some uprated bushes would be the way to go for you.
