Just looked at the pics again, doesn't the back passenger wheel look a bit odd?
Think the rear wheel just looks odd because it's sitting in a dip in the ground.
If that was left in this country for more than a couple of weeks it would be stripped, proof that having your hands cut off if you steal does work as a deterrent.
