I have found manuals and auto scorpios with this engine. Dose it make any difference?

Have had the 2.0 DOHC (8v) for two years now and would like to add some power.
Dont realy like the V6 so i found that the Y5A is nearly the same engine.

Havent found a much info about puting the engine in the sierra, but have seen that its been done, so im looking for help.
