I wouldn't do it for a road car. If you loose the rubber bush at the top of the strut I believe you will loose the last bit of comfort in the suspension. Besides that, if you can get the suspension settings (camber/caster) that you want with the adjustable tcas, there wouldn't be much reason to get the top mounts adjustable. By the way, you can adjust caster by adding a washer in between the arb and tca.
