So, it's finally dried out, so I thought I would take a closer look at the paint work on my rear bumper in bright light, and sadly not all is as appears

The entire bumper seems to be covered in these little white/reflective dots, everywhere.

I'm now going to have the car inspected by someone else, as a few other things have come to light



Why do the easiest of things turn out to be a nightmare, 100% fed up.
