May have just been the fan and thermostat being replaced, but I pulled power and reset ECU after changing idle valve and it us running pretty good now.

Looks like it. That's why I couldn't find it, why is it labelled as water level indicator I wonder.

At this price I'll try that trick before I buy. If I short it what should be the outcome?
