In theory a std 2000cc with a modern borg warner EFR twinscroll and manifold is brilliant for torque (my std engine made 500 ftlb) so you may not need the long stroke as they make big torque very low down in the rev range.
The long stroke will make the turbo spool even better though as bigger exhaust gas. I am considering it when I get Mark to do my rebuild, it would be an easy 580bhp on the next EFR up in size.
liners steel for 8.8 cr . not nicasil not darton .for alloy spacer block dont know if is sucseful ? bw is the best turbo twin scroll i love it .but which series efr or sx 300 ?i see efr has ball bearing and 1400 pounds sx also is low lag but 2 rings 360 thros are they good as well ?bw s300 and 2200 cc will be the best spec i think for revs and torque
