I wrote to you recently about upgrading our broadband lines to 2Mb.

I am very sorry to tell you that your line cannot support a 2Mb broadband service and so we're unable to provide this faster speed to you. We do, however, expect this situation to improve as we're always seeking to provide you with the best possible speed available on your line.
